Principle of evidentiary community in the General Organic Code of Processes

This paper proposes an analysis of the principle evidentiary community included in General Organic Code Proceedings Ecuador, which governs non-criminal actions. According to principles that govern administration justice, judges must resolve conflicts according competence, complying with dispositive is constitutional norm and also extended by Judicial Function, consists jurisdictional organ based on pretensions made parties and, evaluating means they have managed introduce.
